A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 61- 62 -62.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim has heretofore duly passed and adopted a resolution
recommending denial of a charge in the boundaries of the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and desgr bed 4after having
fixed a time and p for the holding of a public hearing
thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal. Cade, and after having duly held and con-
ducted such public hearing to consider said proposed change
of zone or zones, and after having received evidence and
reports from persons,iriterested therein; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the Planning Commission did duly announce
by formal resolution its findings of facts and declare its
opinions and reasonsforrecommending denial of said proposed
change in the boundaries of the zone or zones hereinafter
mentioned and described; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of the report and recommenda-
tion of the City Planning Commission, the City Council did
thereupon fix the 6th day of February, 1962, as;the time and
the Council Chamber in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim
as the place for a public hearing upon said proposed change
of zone or zones and did give notice thereof in the manner
and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing the applicant for said
change of zone did request that he be permitted to withdraw
his application and that all proceedings for the reclassifi-
cation of bait property, more particularly described in said
application, be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said re-
quest should be granted and that all proceedings in connection
with Reclassification No. 61 -62 -62 for a change of zone should
be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that all proceedings pertaining
Reclassification No. 61 -62 -62 be, and the same are hereby,
terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 6th day of February, 1962.
