A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD A Lj C L UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit. An easement for road and
public utility purposes en`c
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha v e offered
to sell and convey the same G The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Knott Avenue) of
that portion of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
S.B.B. M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of said Section 15,
26L feet North of the Southeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15;
running thence North 80 feet to a point; thence West 630
feet to a point; thence South 344 feet to a point in thG
South line of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 15; thence East 300 feet to a
point 330 feet West of the Southeast corner of the North-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 15;
thence North 264 feet to a point; thence East 330 feet
to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of June 19 62
