A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
CONVEYANCE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the herein-
after described property; and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed for
municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, NORTH AMERICAN AVIATION, INC., a Delaware
corporation, has offered to purchase said real property for the
sum of $37,45o.0G cash, lawful money of the United States, to
be deposited in escrow at United California Bank, Anaheim Office,
Anaheim, California, and paid to the City at the close of
escrow; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the
benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to accept said
offer and sell and convey said real property to said North
American Aviation, Inc., upon the terms and conditions herein-
after specified.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of North American Aviation,
Inc., Delaware corporation, to purchase the following des
cribed property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California:
That portion of the southerly 202.10 feet
(measured along the easterly line) of the
northerly half of the southerly half of
Lot 15 in Block "K" of the Kraemer Tract,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 12 page 87 of Miscellaneous Records,
in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County, California, lying easterly
of the easterly line of the land described
in the deed to the Orange County Flood Con-
trol District, recorded September 28, 1961,
in Book 5 862 Page 845, Official Records of
said Orange County.
for the sum of $37,4.50.00 cash, lawful money of the United
States, be accepted upon the following terms and conditions:
1. That $37,450. cash, lawful money of the United
States, shall be placed in escrow with United
California Bank, Anaheim Office, Anaheim, Cali-
fornia, to be paid to the City at the close of
escrow, or as soon thereafter as possible unless
a written demand for the return of said money or
instruments by a party to said escrow is delivered
to said escrow holder subsequent`to such date
and prior to the recording of any instruments
provided for in said escrow.

2. That said property shall be sold subject to
covenants, conditions, restrictions, reserva-
tions, rights, rights of way and easements of
record.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute a good and
sufficient deed conveying to said North American Aviation, Inc.,
a Delaware corporation, the real property hereinabove described,
and to deliver said deed into escrow at United California Bank,
Anaheim Office, Anaheim, California, to be delivered to said
North American Aviation, Inc., a Delaware corporation, upon com-
pletion of the said escrow and the payment of the full purchase
price as hereinabove provided.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City
of Anaheim be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to
certify a copy of this resolution and cause the same to be
attached to the deed to be executed by the Mayor and the City
Clerk on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of June, 1962.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 62R -557 was

the City Council of the City of Anaheim, held on the 12th day of

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Coons.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY THat the Mayor Pro Tem of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 12th day of
June, 1962.
