A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION
WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 59-- 6Q AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO.. 6015 TO BE NULL AND VOID FROM AND
AFTER THIS DATE.
WHEREAS, heretofore to wit, on May 31, 1960, the City
Council did adopt Resolution No. 6045 in Reclassification Pro-
ceedings No. 59-60-99 finding and determining that the property
therein described should be changed from R -1, ONE- FAMILY RESIDEN-
TIAL ZONE to C -1, NEIGHBORHOOD- COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain
conditions set forth in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the authorized agent of the applicant for said
change of zone has requested that all proceedings in connection
with said reclassification be terminated; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that said request
should be granted, and that all proceedings for the reclassifica-
tion of said property should be terminated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with
Application No. 59 for a change of zone be, and the same
are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 60145 be, and the
same is hereby declared to be null and void from and after this
date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of June, 1962.

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Coons.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro Tem of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 12th day of
June, 1962.
