1962-0541A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
62R -493 ACCEPTING A GRANT DEFT; FROM
NORTHROAD REALTY CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on May 22, 1962,
adopt Resolution No. 62R -493 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ,ACCEPTING GRANT
DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT, FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES and
WHEREAS, the next to the last paragraph of said
Resolution No. 62R -493 reads as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the owner of said real
property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said para-
graph of said resolution should be amended to read:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the owner of said real
property the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($2,100)."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that. Resolution No. 62R -1 be, and
the same is hereby, amended by amending the next to the last
paragraph thereof to read as follows:
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor
of the City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby,
authorized to pay to the owner of said real
property the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred
Dollars ($2,100)."
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other re-
spects said Resolution No. 62R -493 be, and remain, in full
force and effect.
