A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A DEED QUIT-
CLAIMING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR A RIGHT OF WAY FOR
WATER PIPELINE PURPOSES.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 29th day of May, 1962.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of acquiring the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: A right of way for water
pipeline purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept a Quitclaim Deed for said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of W. R. HAYNES and JANICE HAYNES,
husband and wife; R. A. KAROS and BURDETTE KAROS, husband and
wife; and J. N. HALL and DOROTHY D. HALL, husband and wife, to
quitclaim to the City of Anaheim the following described
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for a right of way for water
pipeline purposes, and more particularly described as follows:
A Right of Way for water pipeline purposes over a
strip of land eight (8) feet wide being a portion
of Lot Fourteen (14), Orangewood Tract, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 7, page 4 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, the
center line of said eight (8) foot wide easement is
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said
Lot Fourteen (14), said point being 226.00 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Lot Fourteen (14);
thence Southerly, parallel with the East line of
said Lot Fourteen (14), a distance of 270.00 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a Quitclaim
Deed for said property.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved-and signed said resolution on the 29th day of
