A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
ublic utilit •ur•oses a
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same trThe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by_the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK,

the center line of Orangethorpe Avenue) of the following described

This Easement Grant Deed is executed pursuant to the order confirm-
ing granting of said easement made in the matter of the Conservator-
ship of said Conservatoe, in Case No. A- 30713, Probate, Superior
Court of Orange County, State of California, entered on February 9,
1962, a certified copy of which order is recorded contemporaneously
herewith in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, to
which reference is hereby made.
