A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes,_ to wit; An easement for road and
ublic utilit ur oses
WHEREAS, the owner of said property hr s offered
to sell and convey the same to tie City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FACTORY DEVELOPMENT COR-

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California., to be used for an easement for road and
ublic utilit ur oses

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across
that portion of the Northerly one half of the Southerly one half of Lot
15 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as said Lot 15 is shown on a Map
recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Northerly line of said Northerly half of the
Southerly half distant North 73° 04, !4" East 53.00 feet from the North-
westerly corner of said Northerly one half of the Southerly one half;
thence along said Northerly line North 73 04' 44" East a distance of
776.27 feet to a non tangent curve, concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 57.00 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 134° 321 58" an are distance of 133.85 feet
to a point of reverse curvature; thence Westerly along a curve concave
Southerly and having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a central angle of
44 32' 58" an are distance of 23.33 feet to a tangent line which is
parallel with and distant Southerly 32.00 feet, measured at right angles
from the Northerly line of said Northerly half of the Southerly half;
thence along said parallel line South 73u 04' 44" West a distance of 643.26
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having
a radius of 15.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle
of 89° 58' 14" an arc distance of 23.55 feet to a tangent line which is
parallel with and distant Easterly 53.00 feet measured at right angles
from the Westerly line of said Lot 15; thence North 16 53' 30" West
along said parallel line 46.99 feet to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of May 1962
