A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes,_ to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes i T
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same toile City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ROGER W. XANNIER and
BARBARA PANNIER husband and wife and HELEN M. PANNIER a

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
ublic utilit pur•oses

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the following described
parcel of land:
The Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right
angles from the center line of Ball Road) of
Lot Twenty -five (25) of Anaheim Investment
Company's Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 7, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 170 feet.
(For the purposes of this description the North
line of said lot is assumed to be the center
line of Ball Road.)

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
