A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of PABLO V. DOMINGUEZ and
LAURA KNOWLTON DOMINGUEZ, husband and wife, to sell to the City
of Anaheim the following described real property situated in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 24, for the purpose of this
description said Northwest corner is assumed to be
the center line intersection of State College Boulevard
(formerly known as Placentia Avenue) with the center
line of Ball Road; thence Southerly along the center
line of said State College Boulevard a distance of
203.00 feet; thence Easterly to the intersection with
a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Easterly (as measured
at right angles) from the center line of said State
College Boulevard; thence Northerly along the last
mentioned parallel line a distance of 124.51 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Northerly
and Easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 90 21' 30" an arc distance of 39.13 feet to the
intersection with a line parallel with and 53.00 feet
Southerly as measured at right angles from the center
line of said Ball Road; thence Easterly along the last
mentioned parallel line, a distance of 124.51 feet
to the intersection with the East line of the West
203.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of said Section 24; thence Northerly along
said East line to the center line of said Ball Road;
thence Westerly along the center line of said Ball
Road to the point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
