A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for ro and
public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to"Tte City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of NORTHROAD REALTY CORPOR-

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the Northerly 53.00 feet of that portion of Lot 20, Block
K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12,
pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 20; thence South
73u 32' West 37.654 chains (2465.164 feet) to the Southwest corner
of Lot 15 of said Block K; thence South 16° 25' 30" East 19.263
chains (1271.355 feet) to the Southerly line of said Lot 20; thence
North 82° 13' East 14.091 chains (930.006 feet) to the Southeast
corner of said Lot 20; thence North 31° 30' East 31,94 chains
(2108.040 feet) to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion conveyed to Orange County Flood
Control District by deed recorded November 10, 1960 in Book 5504,
page 8 of Official Records.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 1039.65 feet as described
in deed recorded September 22, 1961 in Book 5857, page 666 of
Official Records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
