A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpose to wit: An easement for road and ublic
utilit •ur•oses an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same t The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JAMES WILLIAM MOORE and
LENORA FRANCES MOORE husband and wife

State of California., to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles from the center line of Ball Road)
of the following described parcels of land:
PARCEL ONE: Lot One (1) of Tract No. 787, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 24, page 9 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: That portion of Lot Four (14.) In Block A
of Tract No. 787, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 24,
page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, lying Southerly of the Easterly extension of
the North line of Lot One (1) of said tract.
(For the purposes of this description, the South line
of said tract is assumed to be the center line of Ball
Road.)
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
