A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo to wit, An easement for road and
public utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same to he City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DALE E. FOWLER, a married
man, dealing with his sole and separate property,

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across all that portion of Lot 2, Tract 787,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 24, page 9 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, lying
Southerly and Westerly of the following described
line:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said
Lot 2 with a line parallel with and distant Northerly
53.00 feet from the center line of Bali Road adjoining
said lot on the south; thence Westerly along said
parallel line, 119,52 feet, more or less, to the
beginning of a tangent curve, concave Northeasterly and
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Northwesterly
along said curve, through a central angle of 900 38t
00 an arc distance of 23.73 feet to a point on the
Easterly line of Webster Avenue, 60 feet wide, shown
as Lot 2 in Block A on the Map of said Tract 787.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd of May 1962
