A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for munieipal__pur to wit: An easement for
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ha ve offered
to sell and convey the same to?ae City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer cf LAKEWOOD INDUSTRIAL

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and across
that portion of the Southerly half of the Northerly half of Lot 15 in Block
K of the Kraemer Tract as said Lot 15 is shown on a Map recorded in Book 12,
pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Southerly line of said Southerly one half of the
Northerly one half distant North 73° 04 44" East 53.00 feet from the South-
westerly corner of said Southerly one half of the Northerly one half; thence
along said Southerly line North ?3 011) 44" East a distance of 776.27 feet
to a non- tangent curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 57.00
feet; thence Northerly and Northwesterly and Southwesterly along said curve
through a central angle of 134° 321 58" an arc distance of 133.85 feet to a
point of reverse curvature; thence Southwesterly along a curve, concave
Northwesterly and having a radius of 30.00 feet, through a central angle of
44 32' 58" an arc distance of 23.33 feet to a tangent line which is paral-
lel with and distant Northerly 32.00 feet measured at right angles from the
Southerly line of said Southerly one half of the Northerly one half; thence
along said parallel line South 73° 04 1111" West a distance of 643.22 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle of 90° 01'
46" an are distance of 23.57 feet to a tangent line which is parallel with
and distant Easterly 53.00 feet as measured at right angles from the West-
erly line of said Lot 15; thence South 16° 53' 30" East along said parallel
line 47.01 feet to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
