1962-0474WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a petition for zoning variance from MARY B. DOESKEN owner oa in rear property s ui a ec fi� in t e i ty o Anah qty of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The West 132 feet of the East 661 feet of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on March 1962 notice of which said public hearing was du iven as requir by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission, after due inspection, investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt Resolution No 260 Series 1961 -62 denying Variance No. 1452 and WHEREAS, therafter, within twenty -two (22) days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal was filed with the City Council of the City of Anaheim protesting the action of the City Planning Commission denying said variance, and said appeal was set for public hearing on A ril 1 19 62 at 7 :00 occlock P.M. at the City a n the City of Ana e m, and notice of such ,public hearing was duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, after due investigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all the evidence and reports offered at said hearing, the City Council does find and determine that: RESOLUTION NO. 62R -47L A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 1452 1. There is no substantial property rig ht_possessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone and denied the subject property. 2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately developed and used under_.the present zone. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission denying Variance No. 1452 be, and the same is hereby, sustained and that the request of Mary B. Doesken, 278 West Ball Road, Anaheim, California, for a variance permitting a waiver of the wall requirements and the single -story height limitations on the property hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, denied.
