A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for road and ub-
lic utility purposes an
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same tote City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of the South half of the Northeast quarter of
Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Urange County, California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the Westerly proj.onga-
tion of the Southerly line of Tract No. 1161, as saiu Tract is
shown on a Map recorded in Book 36, pages 45 and 46 of Miscellan-
eous Maps, records of Orange County, California, with the Wester-
ly line of said Northeast quarter of Section 7; thence South 0°
46' 50" East along the West line of said Northeast quarter a
distance of 534.95 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North 88° 34' 25" East 431.33 feet; thence North 0° 46' 50" West
30.00 feet; thence South 88° 34' 25" West 384.16 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northeasterly and having a
radius of 15 feet; thence Westerly and Northerly along said curve,
through a central angle of 90 38' 45 an arc distance of 23.73
feet to the intersection with a line 32.00 feet Easterly (as mea-
sured at right angles) from the Westerly line of the Northeast quarter
of said Section 7; thence South 89° 13' 10" West 32.00 feet to the
West line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 7; thence South
0° 46' 5U" East, 45.53 feet along the West line of said Northeast
quarter to the point of beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00)
