OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and �ub
lic utility purposes an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha v offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of TONY R. INFANTI_ and
PETRA L.. INFANTI, husband and wife,

property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land
described as follows:
The Westerly three (3) feet of Lot One (1) of
Tract .No. 1635, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 49, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.

the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City,
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of May 1962
