A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municip purposes,. wito An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same tote City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of M�1X C. GRAVES and_�

to sell to the City of the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Westerly three (3) feet of Lot Ninety -eight (98)
of Tract No. 1635, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 49, pages
1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO: Beginning at a point 53.00 feet Easterly and 30.00
feet Southerly of the center line intersection of Placentia Avenue
and Underhill Avenue, as said intersection is shown on a Map of
Tract No. 1635, recorded in Book 49, pages 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Southerly along
a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Easterly of the said center
line of Placentia Avenue a distance of 24.89 feet to the beginning
of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet;
thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve, through a central
angle of 90 )1)1 1 10" an arc distance of 39.15 feet to the inter-
section of a line parallel with and 30.00 feet Southerly of the
center line of said Underhill Street, said point of intersection
also being distant 77,89 feet Easterly of the center line of said
Placentia Avenue, thence Westerly along the last mentioned paral-
lel line to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the.owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 15th day of May 19 62
