A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo to wit: An- easement for road and
_public utilit pur oses and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property ham offered
to sell and convey the same 66 City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of EDWARD J. FISHER and
HELEN J. FISHER, husband and wife,

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Southerly 45.00 feet (as measured
at right angles) to the center line of Orange Avenue
of that portion of the Southeast quarter of the South-
east quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 15,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, S.B.B.&M., in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
The West 293.00 feet of the East 495.00 feet of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B. M., in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11, of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
