A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of FACTORY DEVELOPMENT COR-
PORATION and RAYMUND SPEHAR and ESTELLE K. SPEHAR, to sell to
the City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of Lot 15 in
Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
The Westerly 53.00 feet (as measured at right
angles to the center line of Dowling Avenue) of
the North one half of the South one half of Lot
15 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 202.10 feet
thereof.
be and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar '1.00).
