OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
RESOLUT ION NO. 62R -429
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for road and ub-

over, under and across the Easterly 53.00 feet
(as measured at right angles to the center line
of Magnolia Avenue) of that parcel of land
described as follows:
The East 448 feet of the Northeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section 13, Township L. South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map .y
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Northerly 560 feet.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
