A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO.7001 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 60 61 86.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on June 20, 1961, adopt Resolution No. 7001
in Reclassification Proceedings No. 60 finding and deter-
mining that the property and area described in said resolution
should be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE to
R -3, MULTIPLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain condi-
tions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said Resolution No. 7001
reads as follows:
°t1. That the final map of Tract No. 4107
be recorded in the Office of the
County Recorder of Orange County."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Condition
No. 1 should be amended to read:
ttl. That the final maps of Tracts Nos. 4107,
4617, 4618, 4619, 4620, and 4621 shall
be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, said maps
to be recorded in the order listed,
with the exception that Tract Map
No. 4621 shall be recorded concurrently
with, or prior to the recordation of
Tract Map No. 4620; and further, that
each of said tract maps may be recorded
separately and an ordinance adopted
rezoning the respective tract as the
final map of said tract is recorded."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
an ordinance has never been adopted directing said change of
zone and completing said reclassification proceedings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 7001 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 60 -61 -86 be, and the same is hereby, amended by
amending Condition No. 1 thereof to read as follows:
"1. That the final maps of Tracts Nos. 4107,
4617, 4618, 4619, 4620, and 4621 shall
be recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, said maps
to be recorded in the order listed,
with the exception that Tract Map
No. 4621 shall be recorded concurrently
with, or prior to the recordation of
Tract Map No. 4620; and further, that
each of said tract maps may be recorded
separately and an ordinance adopted
rezoning the respective tract as the
final map of said tract is recorded."

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 7410, said Resolution
No. 7001 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of May, 1962.

ABSTAINED FROM VOTING: COUNCILMEN: Schutte.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 1st day of
May, 1962.
