RESOLUTION NO. 62R 417
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
62R -45 DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR AND
DIRECTING THE ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF REAL PROPERTY FOR PARK AND
RECREATION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on January 16, 1962
adopt Resolution No. 62R -45 determining the necessity for
and directing the acquisition by eminent domain of the
following described real property for park and recreation
purposes:
That certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
more particularly described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1: The Southeast quarter of the South-
east quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
28, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West two (2) acres thereof.
PARCEL 2: Lot Eight (8) of the Townsend's Sub
division, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5,
Page 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 449.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion of said
land lying Westerly of the East line of the West
1.999 acres of said Lot Eight, said West 1.999
acres being computed to the center line of the
road as shown on said Map along the South line
of said Lot Eight.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said
resolution was superseded by Resolution No. 62R -124 adopted
February 13, 1962, and that Resolution No. 62R -45 should,
therefore, be rescinded.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -45 be, and the
same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION js-- approved and signed by
me this 1st day of May, 1962.

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Resolution No. 62R -417 on the
1st day of May,.1962:
