A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
62R -46 DETERMINING THE NECESSITY FOR AND
DIRECTING THE ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF REAL PROPERTY FOR PARK AND
RECREATION PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on January 16, 1962
adopt Resolution No. 62R -46 determining the necessity for
and directing the acquisition by eminent domain of the
following described real property for park and recreation
purposes:
That certain real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
more particularly described as follows, to cat:
PARCEL 1: All of Lot 16 of the Orangewood Tract,
in the County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 7, Pages 32 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said county.
EXCEPT that portion of Lot 16 of the Orangewood
Tract, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 16; thence
South along the East line of said Lot 16, 293 feet
to an iron pipe; thence West 285 feet parallel to
the North line of Lot 16 to an iron pipe; thence
North 293 feet parallel to the East line of said
Lot 16 to Orangewood Avenue; thence East 285 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 1.92 acres,
more or less.
PARCEL 2: That portion of Lot 16 of the said
Orangewood Tract described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 16; thence
South along the East line of said Lot 16, 293 feet
to an iron pipe; thence West 285 feet parallel to
the North line of Lot 16 to an iron pipe; thence
North 293 feet parallel to the East line of said
Lot 16 to Orangewood Avenue; thence East 285 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 1.92 acres,
more or less.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said
resolution was superseded by Resolution No. 62R -125 adopted
February 13, 1962, and that Resolution No. 62R -46 should,
therefore, be rescinded.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 62R -46 be, and the
same is hereby rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of May, 1962.

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 1st day of May, 1962, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Chandler, Dutton, Krein, Schutte and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 1st
day of May, 1962.
