1962-0414WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement for Mutual Fire Pro-
tection Aid to be entered into between the City of Anaheim
and the State of California, Department of Natural Resources,
Division of Forestry, has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Anaheim for execution; and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed and
examined by the said City Council, the City Fire Chief and
the Office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief and said City Attorney
have recommended that the City of Anaheim enter into such
an agreement, and the City Council having reached the con-
clusion that it will be to the best interests of the City
of Anaheim and to the Division of Forestry to execute
said Agreement for Mutual Fire Protection Aid;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the Mayor, the City Clerk and the
Fire Chief of the City of Anaheim be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the Agreement for Mutual
Fire Protection Aid on behalf of the City of Anaheim on the
form as approved by the City Attorney.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
