A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and pub
lio utility purposes and"
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of GATE PROPERTIES. INC,. a

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
9 and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over a spandrel area in that portion of Lot
Fourteen (14) in Block K of the Kraemer Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87
and 88 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, bounded as follows:
On the East by the Westerly line of the Easter-
ly 53.00 feet of said lot;
On the South by the Northerly line of the South-
erly 53.00 feet of said lot;
On the Northwest by a curve concave to the .Northwest
having a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to the
above described Westerly and Southerly lines.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
