A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A STORM DRAIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo to wit An easement for the instal-
lation and maintenance of a storm drain and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same arthe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer c FACTORY DEVELOPMENT

to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for the instal-
lation and maintenance of a storm drain

An easement for the installation and maintenance of a storm drain
over, under and across that parcel of land being a portion of the
Northerly half of the Southerly half of Lot 15 in Block K of the
Kraemer Tract, as said Lot 15 is shown on a Map recorded in Book
12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, described as a five foot wide strip of land, the side-
lines of which are two and one -half feet on each side of the
following described center line:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of that certain
parcel of land 95.00 feet in width, described as Parcel No.
E2- 203.01 in a Final Order of Condemnation, a certified copy of
which was recorded August 10, 1961 in Book 5812, page 931 of
Official Records of Orange County, California, and a line which
is parallel with and distant Southeasterly 18.50 feet measured at
right angles from the Northerly line of said Northerly one half of
the Southerly one half of Lot 15; thence Southwesterly along said
parallel line to the intersection with a curve concave Southwester-
ly and having a radius of 57.00 feet, the radius point of said
curve being located in said Northerly line of said Northerly one
half of the Southerly one half of Lot 15, distant 772.27 feet (mea-
sured along last mentioned Northerly line) from the Northwesterly
corner of said Northerly one half of the Southerly one half of Lot
15.
The sidelines of said strip shall be lengthened or shortened so as
to originate in said Westerly line and terminate in said curve.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One D o l l a r ($1,00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
