for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for road and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same t'oe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of

over, under and across the Southerly 45.00 feet (as measured at
right angles to the center line of Placentia Avenue) of that por-
tion of Lot 4 of South Placentia Tract No. 2, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 5, page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of said Lot 4, said West
