A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public
utility purposes and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of JOBEPH�C,. STEPHENSON and
DOROTHEA M. STEPHENSON husband and wife

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across the Easterly 32.00 feet (as
measured at right angles to the center line of
Citron Street) of that parcel of land described as
follows:
The Northerly 132.00 feet of that portion of Lot 35
of Anaheim Extension, as shown on a Map of Survey
made by William Hamel and filed in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, a
copy of which is shown in Book 3, pages 162, 163 and
164, entitled "Los Angeles County Maps on file in
the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County lying Easterly of the Easterly line of Tract
No. 2184., as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book
80, pages 31, 32 and 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 24th day of April 1962
