A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ELECTRIC
TRANSMISSION LINES AND INGRESS AND EGRESS.

WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District
and the City of Anaheim did heretofore, to wit, on January 25,
1961, enter into an agreement for the exchange of certain
property owned by the City of Anaheim for an easement for
electric transmission lines, together with poles and guy wires,
over and across certain property owned by Orange County Flood
Control District, subject to certain conditions set forth in
said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did on January 25, 1961,
in accordance with the terms of said agreement, execute and
deliver to the Right -of -Way Department of the County of Orange,
for delivery to Orange County Flood Control District, a grant
deed conveying to Orange County Flood Control District the
property described in said agreement to be exchanged for said
easement for electric transmission lines, together with poles
and guy wires, over and across the property owned by said
District, also described in said agreement; and
WHEREAS, Orange County Flood Control District has
this day submitted to the City Council an easement deed, dated
March 27, 1962, conveying to the City of Anaheim, subject to
the terms and conditions set forth therein, an easement and
right of way for installation and maintenance of power poles
and lines over Parcel "A," and for ingress and egress over
Parcel "V! of the property described in said agreement to be
exchanged.for the property owned by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said easement
deed dated March 27, 1962, this day submitted to the City
Council in accordance with the terms of said agreement dated
January 25, 1961, conveying to the City, subject to the terms
and conditions therein set forth, an easement and right of way
for power poles and lines over Parcel "A, and for ingress and
egress over Parcel "B" of the property,described in said agree-
ment and hereinafter described, should be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the easement deed, dated March 27,
1962, this day submitted to the City Council by the Orange
County Flood Control District,conveying to the City, subject
to the terms and conditions therein set forth, and in accord-
ance with the terms of the agreement hereinabove mentioned
dated January 25, 1961, an easement and right of way for in-
stallation and maintenance of power poles and lines in, on
and over Parcel "A, and for ingress and egress in, on and
over Parcel "B of the real property in the County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
PARCEL A.
The westerly 10.00 feet of the following described
strip of land in Lots 15 and 16 in Block K of the
Kraemer Tract, in the county of Orange, state of
California, per map recorded in book 12, pages 87
and 88 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, the easterly
line and widths of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of La Palma
Avenue, distant N. 73° 09 45" E., 413.52 feet from
its intersection with the centerline of Dowling Street
as said intersection is shown in County Surveyor's Transit
Book 123, page 40, on file in the office of the Orange
County Surveyor, said point being on the arc of a non-
tangent curve, concave easterly and having a radius of
000 feet, a radial line through said point bearing N.
82° 18' 28" W.; thence from said point of beginning,
Northerly 273.42 feet along said curve through a central
angle of 3° 54 59"; thence tangent to said curve N.
11° 36 31" E., 1020.00 feet to a point hereinafter
referred to as "Point A thence continuing N. 11 36
31" E. 270.26 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave westerly and having a radius of 4000 feet;
thence Northerly 1261.91 feet along said curve through
a central angle of 18° 04 32 thence tangent to said
curve N. 6 281 02" W., 77.88 feet to a point on the
centerline of Anaheim Road, said point being distant
N. 73 081 31" E., 1582.53 feet along said centerline
from its intersection with the centerline of Dowling
Street as said point of intersection is shown in
County Surveyor's Transit Book 123, page 22 on file in
the office of the Orange County Surveyor.
From said centerline of La Palma Avenue to said "Point A,"
said strip has a width of 52.50 feet; from said ?Point A
to said centerline of Anaheim Road said strip has a width
of 47.50 feet.
PARCEL B:
The easterly 10.00 feet of the following described strip
of land in Lots 15 and 16 in Block K of the Kraemer
Tract, in the county of Orange, state of California,
per map recorded in book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscel-
laneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder
of Los Angeles County, California, the westerly line and

"Point A thence continuing N. 11 36' 31" E. 270.26
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave
westerly and having a radius of L4.000 feet; thence North-
erly 1261.91 let along said curve through a central angle
of 18° 04 32 thence tangent to said curve N. 6° 28'
02" W., 77.88 feet to a point on the centerline of
Anaheim Road, said point being distant N. 73 08t 31" E.

From said centerline of La Palma Avenue to said "Point
A" said strip has a width of 52.50 feet; from said
"Point A" to the northerly line of the northerly 222.75
feet (measured along the easterly line) of the southerly
half of said Lot 15 said strip has a width of 49.50 feet;
from said northerly line to said centerline of Anaheim
Road said strip has a width of 47,50 feet.
