A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES,
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim did heretofore enter
into an escrow with DANIEL SAUCEDO n unmarried man, and
JESSIE A. SAUCEDO an unmarried woman

at United California Bank, Anaheim Office Anaheim, Califori}ia,
for the purchase of the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, said United California Bank
is now ready to close said escrow, and a deed has been pre-
pared conveying said property to the City of Anaheim free
and clear of all encumbrances except the second half of all
general and special taxes for the fiscal year 1961 -62, and
all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights,
rights of way and easements of record, as approved by the
City Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the deed conveying the following
described property situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot A of Tract No. 97, City of
Anaheim, Book 11, Page 39 of Miscellaneous Maps,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 475 feet South of the North
line and 67 feet East of the West line of said
Lot A; thence continuing East 68 feet parallel
with the North line of said Lot; thence North
40 feet parallel with the West line of said lot;
thence West 68.48 feet parallel with the north
line of said Lot to a point 67 feet East of the
West line of said Lot; thence South 40 feet to
the point of beginning.
to the City of Anaheim, free and clear of all encumbrances,
except as hereinabove set forth, be, and the same is hereby
accepted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said escrow holder be,
and it is hereby, authorized to deliver to said Vendor
the amount of the purchase price of said property, hereto-
fore deposited in escrow, when all conditions of said escrow
have been met and complied with.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 24th day of April 962

and Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said resolution on the 24th
