A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: a perpetual easement and right
of way for street purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
DISTRICT, a body politic and corporate, to sell to the City of
Anaheim the following described real property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to be
used for a perpetual easement and right of way for street pur-
poses, and more particularly described as follows:
Parcel No, 4.a06,03
The westerly 23.00 feet of the easterly 53.00 feet
of that portion of the southeast quarter of Section
15, Township 4. South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, city of Anaheim, county of Orange,
state of California, as described in "Parcel No.
B1- 4a06.03," in the deed to the Orange County Flood
Control District recorded November 9, 1960 in book
5502, page 315 of Official Records of said county.

The westerly 23.00 feet of the easterly 53.00 feet
of that portion of the southeast quarter of Section
15, Township lF South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, city of Anaheim, county of Orange,
state of California, as described in the deed to
the Orange County Flood Control District recorded
July 24, 1959 in book 4810, page 575 of Official
Records in the office of the County Recorder of
said county.
Parcel Nos. 509.01 and 509.1
The easterly 23.00 feet of the westerly 53.00 feet
of that portion of the southwest quarter of Section
14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, county of Orange,
state of California, as described in the deed to
the Orange County Flood Control District recorded
June 12, 1961 in book 57L9, page 919 of Official
Records in the office of the County Recorder of
said county.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owners of said real property, out of General Funds of the City
of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar (§1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESO1UTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of April, 1962.
