A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: An easement for road and
public utility purposes gnc3

WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same tthe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of NELL OLSEN as her sole

State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
utility purposes.

An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that parcel of land described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 28 of
Tract No. 2177, as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 59, pages 36 and 37 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California; thence
South 89° 1' 50" East along the South line of
said Lot 28 a distance of 83.17 feet to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave Northwester-
ly and having a radius of 17 feet; thence Easterly
and Northerly along said curve through a central
angle of 89 26' 17" an arc distance of 26.5L1. feet
to the intersection with the East line of said Lot
28; thence North 0 51' 53" East along the East
line of said Lot 28 a distance of 5.91 feet;
thence South 37 35' )7" West a distance of 3.45
feet; thence Borth 89 41' 50" West 97.94 fe$t to
the West line of said Lot 28; thence South 0 51'

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
