A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit; An easement for public utility

WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to 'the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYMOND G. SIMPSON and
ALICE E. SIMPSON, husband and wife

An easement for public utility purposes over, under
and across the Southerly 10.00 feet of the Northerly
57.00 feet of that portion of the Northwest quarter
of the .Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S. B.
B. M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said sec-
tion, distant North 89° 58t 15" East, 177.71 feet
from the Northwest corner of said Northeast quarter
of said section; thence North 89° 58' 15" East,
along said North line, 153.45 feet; thence South
1 08' 00" East, 659.66 feet to a point in the South
line of said Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter, distant thereon
North 89° 59' 20" East 329.24 feet from the South-
west corner thereof; thence South 89 59' 20" West
along said South line, 153.45 feet; thence North
1° 08' 00" West, 659.52 feet to the point of begin-
ning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
