A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit% An easement for road and
public utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered
to sell and convey the same ta'The City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of THOMAS TURNER Ih0H, also
known as Thomas T. Inch as his sole and se arate ronerty
to sell othe City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land being a portion of the Northeast
quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast quarter of said
Section 27, said Southwest corner being the center line intersection
of Harbor Boulevard and Orangewood Avenue; thence Easterly along the
South line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 27, said South
line also being the center line of said Orangewood Avenue, a distance
of 310.00 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel with the West
line of said Northeast quarter to the intersection with a line paral-
lel with and 45.00 feet Northerly of the South line of the said North-
east quarter of Section 27; thence Westerly along the last mentioned
parallel line a distance of 226.31 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve, having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Westerly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 88 55 03" an arc
distance of 38.80 feet to a point in a line parallel with and 60.00
feet Easterly of the West line of the Northeast quarter of said Sec-
tion 27 distant 68.41 feet Northerly of the South line of the North-
east quarter of said Section 27; thence Westerly along a line paral-
lel with and 68.4.1 feet Northerly of the South line of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 27, to the intersection with the West line of
the Northeast quarter of said Section 27; thence Southerly along the
West line of the Northeast quarter of said Section 27 to the point of
beginn'n

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance
of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
