1962-0347A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purpo to wit An easement for road and
public utilit ur oses an
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of DEMAR PEBLEY and
NINA PEBLEY husband and wife

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land, being a portion of Vineyard Lot H -5
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4 of Deeds, pages 629 and 630
of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 14 in Block D of Tract
No. 406, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 16, page 7 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange, California; thence Southerly
along the West line of Lot 14 to the Southwest corner of said
Lot 14; thence Easterly along the said South line 7.75 feet;
thence Northerly along a line parallel with and 7.75 feet Easter-
ly of the West line of said Lot 14, a distance of 25.75 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a rad-
ius of 25 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve,
through a central angle of 89° 49* 00" an arc distance of 39.19
feet to the intersection with the North line of said Lot 14., said
point of intersection being distant 32.67 feet from the point of
beginning; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 14.,
to the point of beginning.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1
