A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit An easement for road and
public utility purposes sn
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same to Ehe City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City, of Anaheim that the offer of FRANK BASILE and
IDA R. BASILE husband and wife
To-Fill to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used .for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particuIarIy described as Tollowso
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across those parcels of land described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Easterly 23.00 feet of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, and
the Northerly 10.00 feet of Lot 8 of Tract No. 743, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 22, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California,
PARCEL TWO: Beginning at a point 23.00 feet Westerly and 25 feet
Southerly of the Northeast corner of Lot 8 of Tract No. 743, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 22, page 10 of. Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California; thence in a Northwesterly
direction to the intersection with a line parallel with and 10
feet Southerly of the North line of said Lot 8, said point of
intersection being 33.00 feet Westerly of the East line of said
Lot 8; thence Easterly along the last mentioned parallel Line
15.00 feet to the intersection with a line parallel with and
23.00 feet Westerly of the East line of said Lot 8; thence South
erly along the last mentioned parallel line to the point of
beginning.

City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One D o l l a r ($1.00).
