TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY

PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirou.
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purpo”Z..._

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ham offered to seal
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

under and across that parcel of land described as follows:
The Easterly three (3) feet of Lot Nine (9) of Tract
No. 3203, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 96, page 23
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that parcel of land described as follows:
That portion of said Lot Nine (9) lying Southeasterly of
the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a
radius of 15 feet being tangent to the Westerly line of
Parcel One above described and tangent to the Southerly
line of Lot Nine (9) of said Tract No. 3203.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
