OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
RESOLUTION NO 62 -R -828
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of Purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for _road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of CANCO CORPORATION, a corporation
or anized under the labs or the State of California.

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
along, across and through those portions of the West half of the
Northwest quarter_of the Southwest quarter of fractional Section
24, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon
de SanT.Ana, as said Section is shown on the map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: The Northerly 45.00 feet of said West half.
PARCEL TWO: The ~Westerly 53.00 feet of that portion of said
West half lying Northerly of the right of way of the Southern
Pacific Railroad, as said right of way is shown on the map filed
in Book 52, page 29 of Records in the Office of the County
Records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within Parcel One above
described.
PARCEL THREE: 'That portion of said West half lying Northwesterly
of the arc of a curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius
of 25.00 feet, being tangent to the Southerly line of Parcel One,
and to the Easterly line of Parcel Two, above described.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion included within Parcels One and
Two, above described.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
