A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIN ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to sea
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of INEZ C. WIECZOREK a widow
to sell to t e City o Ana elm the oi owing descried real proper y
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes
an more particu arly described as"ollows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the North 12.00 feet of the West
65.00 feet of Lot 5, as shown on a record of survey
of a portion of Section L., T. 4 S., R. 10 W.,
S. B. B. B. &M., filed in Book 1, page 55 of Records
of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of
said Orange County.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
