A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING THE REQUEST OF M. K. BIRD
FOR AN ENTRANCE FOR COMMERCIAL USE FROM
CHANTICLEER ROAD TO CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
receive a request from M. K. Bird, owner of the following des-
cribed property:
Lot 38 of Tract 3104, recorded in Book 93,
pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps in
the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County (also known as 10351 Magnolia Avenue).
for permission for an entrance from Chanticleer Road to said
property for unloading and loading of merchandise in connection
with the commercial use of said property; and
WHEREAS, said request for said entrance from Chanti-
cleer Road to said property was set for public hearing in the
Council Chamber of the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on Tues-
day, September 11, 1962, at 7:00 o'clock P.M., and notice of
said public hearing was duly given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such hearing and
did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard, and did receive evidence and reports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find after careful con-
sideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing
that said request should be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the request of M. K. Bird, owner of the
hereinabove described property, for permission for an entrance
from Chanticleer Road to said property for unloading and loading
of merchandise in connection with the commercial use of said
property, be and the same is hereby denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this llth day of September, 1962.
