OF ANAHEIN ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desiroraa
of 'urchasing the hereinafter described real property f') municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and •ublic utilit •ur•o
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to
_rid convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept cept said offer and ?_.rchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of Huber G. Wilson, dealing with him._„__

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility urp

y described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot A, Tract No. 25, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 9, page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, lying Northerly and Westerly of the
following described line:
Beginning at a point on a line parallel with and distant East
53.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the center line of
Magnolia Avenue adjoining said lot on the West, said point
being distant thereon, South 200.00 feet, measured along said
parallel line, from the center line of Broadway, adjoining said
lot on the North; thence North along said parallel line, 131.09
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave Southeasterly
and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along
said curve, through a central angle of 89° 11 35 an arc
distance of 38.92 feet to a point on a line parallel with and
distant South 45.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the
center line of said Broadway; thence East along said last
mentioned parallel line, 122.98 feet to a point, said point
being distant East 200.00 feet, measured along said parallel
line, from the center line of Magnolia Avenue, adjoining said
lot on the West.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
