A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property has offered to se_i
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and curchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of 20th Centur Homes Inc.

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that parcel of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 34 of Tract No. 1097,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 35, page 27 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence Southerly
along the West line of said Lot 34 to the Southwest corner thereof;
thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 34 a distance of
10.25 feet; thence Northerly along a line parallel with and 10.25
feet Easterly of the West line of said Lot 34, a distance of 100.15
feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and
having a radius of 15 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along
said curve through a central angle of 90° 02' 40" an arc distance
of 23.57 feet to an intersection with the North line of said Lot
34; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 34 to the
point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City_
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
