OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES

An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 26,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.&M., described as follows:
Beginning at the East quarter corner of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 26, said corner being the center line intersection of
State College Boulevard (formerly known as Placentia Avenue), with
the center line of Orangewood Avenue, as said intersection is shown
on a Record of Survey Map filed in Book 43, page 37 of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California; thence North O° 08' 00" West 99.20 feet; thence South
89° 521 00" West 53.00 feet, to the intersection with a line
parallel with and 53.00 feet West of the center line of said State
College Boulevard, said point of intersection being in the begin-
ning of a non- tangent curve concave Westerly and having a radius
of 1,147 feet; thence Southerly along said curve through a central
angle of 1 13 36" an arc distance of 24.56 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of
25 feet; thence Southerly and Westerly along the last mentioned
curve through a central angle of 88° 54 14" an arc distance of
38.79 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 50.00
feet Northerly of the center line of said Orangewood Avenue; thence
South 0° 00 10" East 50.00 feet to the center line of said
Orangewood Avenue; thence North 89° 59 50" East 78.43 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 50.00 feet and the Easterly
53.00 feet thereof.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
