A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 6161 IN
RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F -59 -60 -112.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
heretofore, to wit, on July 26, 1960, adopt Resolution No. 6161
in Reclassification Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -112, finding and
determining that the property and area therein described should
be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL- AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C -I,
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions
therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Conditions Nos. 7 and 9 of Resolution No.
6161 read as follows:
"7. That a bond in an amount and form satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim be posted with the City
to guarantee the construction of the 6 foot block
wall mentioned in Condition No. 3 hereof, the
engineering requirements referred to in Condition
No. 5, and the storm drain requirements mentioned
in Condition No. 6."
"9. That Conditions Nos. L, 7 and 8 above- mentioned
be complied with within a period of 90 days from
date hereof, or such further time as the City
Council may grant."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Conditions
Nos. 7 and 9 should be amended as follows:
Condition No. 7: That the requirement that a bond be
posted for the Beach Boulevard improvements should be
deleted on condition that the applicant repost the
bond for the improvements remaining, prior to final
building inspection of the first building on the
property.
Condition No. 9: That reference to Condition No. 7
should be deleted.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council does further find that
Ordinance No. 1609, adopted August 22, 1961 in said Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -112, should also be amended
to permit the deletion of the requirement for a bond for the
Beach Boulevard improvements and the reposting of the bond for
the improvements remaining, prior to final building inspection
of the first building on the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6161 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F -59 -60 -112 be, and the same is hereby amended
by amending Conditions Nos. 7 and 9 thereof as follows:
Condition No. 7: That the requirement that a bond be
posted for the Beach Boulevard improvements shall be
deleted on condition that the applicant repost the
bond for the improvements remaining, prior to final
building inspection of the first building on the
property.
Condition No. 9: That reference to Condition No. 7
shall be deleted.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an ordinance be prepared
amending Ordinance No. 1609 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
F-,59-60-112 in conformance with Resolution No. 6161 as amended;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in all other respects,
except as amended by Resolution No. 7113, said Resolution No.
6161 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLJTION is approved and signed by
me this 28th day of August, 1962.
