A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirou
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for public utility purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of ERNEST NORMAN MOLDENHAUER and

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for public utility purposes
and more park cu'ar°ly describe as oflows:
An easement for public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 39, Tract No. 1951, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 63, pages 4 and 5 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 19; thence
North along the West line of said lot, 5 feet; thence
East, parallel to the South line of said lot, 6.21 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing East,
parallel to said South line, 12.00 feet; thence North,
parallel to the West line of said lot, 2.00 feet; thence
West, parallel to said South line, 12.00 feet; thence
South, 2.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of August 1962
