A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT
DEED CONVEYING TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR EASEMENTS FOR
ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to wit: Easements for road and public
utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to
sell and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
finds that it is for the benefit and best interest of the
City of Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real
property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the offer of RAYMOND C. TROUTMAN
and FLORENCE LOUISE TROUTMAN, husband and wife, to sell to the
City of Anaheim the following described real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for easements for road and public utility purposes,
and more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Easterly 5.25 feet of the Southerly
50 feet of the Northerly 102 feet of that parcel of land
described as follows:
That portion of Lot !2, Anaheim Extension, as shown
on a Map of Survey made by W. Hamel and filed in
the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, California, beginning at a point on the
monumented center line of North Los Angeles Street,
372.00 feet Northerly from the monument marking the
intersection of the monumented center line of North
Los Angeles Street with the monumented center line
of West North Street; thence Westerly parallel to
said center line of West North Street, 31.75 feet to
the true point of beginning of the parcel to be
described; thence Westerly parallel to said monumented
center line of West North Street, 250 feet, to the
present Easterly line of N. Zeyn Street; thence Southerly
parallel to said center line of North Los Angeles Street,
202.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel to said center line
of West North Street, 250.00 feet to a point 34.75 feet
Westerly, at right angles, from said center line of
North Los Angeles Street, which point is also on the
Westerly line of North Los Angeles Street; thence
Northerly parallel to said center line of North
Los Angeles Street, 202.00 feet to the true point
of beginning.

and across the Westerly five (5) feet of the Easterly
125 feet of the Southerly 50 feet of the Northerly
102 feet of that parcel of land described as follows:
That portion of Lot 42, Anaheim Extension, as shown
on a Map of Survey made by Wm. Hamel and filed in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, beginning at a point on the monumented center
line of North Los Angeles Street, 372.00 feet Northerly
from the monument marking the intersection of the
monumented center line of North Los Angeles Street with
the monumented centerline of West North Street; thence
Westerly parallel to said center line of West North
Street, 34..75 feet to the true point of beginning of
the parcel to be described; thence Westerly parallel
to said monumented center line of West North Street,
250 feet, to the present Easterly line of N. Zeyn Street;
thence Southerly parallel to said center line of North
Los Angeles Street, 202.00 feet; thence Easterly parallel
to said center line of West North Street, 250.00 feet
to a point 34.75 feet Westerly, at right angles, from
said center line of North Los Angeles Street, which
point is also on the Westerly line of North Los Angeles
Street; thence Northerly parallel to said center line
of North Los Angeles Street, 202.00 feet to the true
point of beginning.
The Easterly two feet of said five foot public utility
easement will be used for overhang purposes only.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a
conveyance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to
the owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 21st day of August 1962.

AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Schutte, Chandler, and
Coons.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Krein.
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed saidresolution on the 21st day of
August", 1962.
