A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR T NSTALLAT ION ANn

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for installation and

WHEREAS, the owner of said property ham offered to ser
and Convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,

An easement for the installation and maintenance
of electric power poles over and across the East
25.00 feet of the West 45.00 feet of the following
described land:
The North 330 feet of the South 990 feet of the
West half of the Southwest quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 13, Township L South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE South 217 feet of the
West 233 feet thereof.

be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
