A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility

WHEREAS, the owners of said property ha ye offered to se
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and rurchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of R. D. TAYLOR AND NINA VIOLA
TAYLOR, husband and wife,

situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility purposes

An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the Northerly 53.00 feet (as measured
at right angles to the center line of Bali Road) of
Lot Five (5) of Tract Ro. 162, Home Croft Tract, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, page 6 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
(For the purposes of this description, the North line
of said lot is assumed to be the center line of
Bali Road.)
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
