A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED CONVEYING
TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
FOR AN EASEMENT FOR ROAD AND PUBLIC UTILITY
URPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is desirous
of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for municipal
purposes, to wit: An easement for road and public utility purposes
ana
WHEREAS, the owners of said property have offered to see
and convey the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds that
it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of Anaheim to ac-
cept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the offer of SUMIYUKI HAYASHIGAWA and
RAY HAYASHIGAWA husband and wife
to sell to t e City o An eim the fol owing descried real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
to be used for an easement for road and public utility, purposes
an more particularly described as follows,
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across the South 12.00 feet of the North 32.00 feet of that portion
of the East 18.35 acres of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said East 18.35 acres of the
Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said section; thence
Southerly along the West line of said 18.35 acres 246.30 feet to
the Northerly line of the South 15 acres of said East 18.35 acres,
the Northerly line of said South 15 acres being parallel to the
Northerly line of said 18.35 acres; thence Easterly along said
Northerly line of said South 15 acres, 141.00 feet; thence
Northerly parallel with the Westerly line of said 18.35 acres,
246.30 feet to the North line of said 18.35 acres; thence Westerly
along said Northerly line, 141.00 feet to the point of beginning.

of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a conveyance of said
property,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the City,
of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the owners
of said real property, out of General Funds of the City of
Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
